I'm am thoroughly enjoying the filters! I switched over from the Berkey filters which I used for the last 6 years. After dealing with priming the Berkey and still having a slow process of the water flowing, there is no comparison. The water flows at a very reasonable rate. I have the travel container so I fill 2-3x /day. I am very happy with these filters and would recommend them!!

I used to purchase my filters from Berkey and moving forward I will be purchasing ProOne filters. My water tastes significantly better compared to using the Berkey black and flouride filters. I started to doubt the effectiveness of the Berkey filters because of their refusal to have them certified.
I am very happy that this filter also removes flouride. I didn't like that the Berkey flouride filter would sit in the clean drinking water. Periodically the flouride filter from Berkey would feel a little slimy.
It did take a little over 2 weeks to receive my filters. I did reach out to their customer service inquiring about my order and they did respond within 24 hours regarding the delay in shipping.
