Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your products, so we offer a no hassle 30 day return policy on most products. (Aquabrick, Waterbrick/Foodbrick containers/products are excluded from our return policy. See NOTE below). If you're not satisfied, you can return your product. You may return your new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any restock or shipping fees. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, or product defect (subject to our discretion), otherwise customer pays for return shipping. Please note: Prepared Planet is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns. For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of item delivery. Email us a photo (.jpg format) of damaged item and keep the item and its original box for possible postal inspection or further instructions. For all other returns, please Contact Us for an approved RMA along with your name, order number and reason for return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns must be accompanied by original receipt from original purchaser, no third party returns accepted. Returns without an approved RMA may be refused.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
*NOTE: We do not accept any returns on Aquabrick or Waterbrick containers/products except as it relates to defective items. Since Aquabrick & WaterBrick containers/products are food grade, we are unable to re-sell them because we do not know the extent to which the product has been used or tampered with and customer safety therefore is our primary concern.
