If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item by contacting customer service by email or call 1-800-544-3533 for an approved RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) within 10 calendar days of product delivery. Please note: Food items cannot be returned or refunded, no exceptions. Returns without an approved RMA and expired RMA's after 10 days will be refused. Approved RMA items must be in their original, new, unopened, unused condition with no odors, visible markings, rips, tears or stains. All items must be received in resellable condition. If your item meets the aforementioned criteria, then contact customer service by email or at the above contact information. Your return must visibly display your RMA on the outside of the package or it will be refused. Please note that customers will pay for shipping costs of returned items. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the shipment. We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged. After inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued within thirty days for the cost of the item minus the original cost of shipment and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $15.00 minimum. Many of our products have specific instructions for warranty parts & service. Please make sure that you read all manufacturer warranty claims on your products. We attempt to make sure that every item that leaves our warehouse are defect free. Minor cosmetic blemishes that may occur during shipping and handling are not considered defects. If for some reason you feel your new product is defective, you must contact customer service at PreparedPlanet.com within 30 days. After 30 days the manufacturer warranty applies.
